I GOT A CAMERA.

Dr.DF pulled it off, well done (thats my dad).

Seeing as how the schedule for next week is going to be a little off, me and my dad went to the storage building where we have a bench and some weights and did DE bench today, ME Squat will be tomorrow.

Also on video, Dr.DF got 225 for the first time in years, at a bodyweight of about 185. His butt came up just a tad, but he did it fairly easy.

haha thanks bud. No, the squat was raw. I am wearing a pair of shorts that are a little small that I wear for squatting, then I roll the under armor underwear over them so they dont get in the way. They probably never would, but I am superstitious like that.

And when you say “that bench,” I assume you mean how odd of a bench it is…yeah, its pretty weird. Its higher off the ground than any other bench I have been on, I have to use the “curl” attachment to get my feet set, and even on the “flat” setting its a little messed up. Hey, it gets the job done though.

Ah, turned out I was seeing things. Hell, it was past midnight, I blame it on that.

Yeah, I ment the bench you were laying on. It looked a bit unstable, and unlevel. But you do what you can with what you’ve got. Nice work.

ha! I can, but I guess I should relabel them pinwheel curls. On heavy I dont really focus hard on the form, just squeeze hard, swing a bit, and get it up. The super strict form is on the light weights.

Played racquetball with my dad and brother, then walked on the treadmill. Thrilling.

Got in there today and had trouble getting focused. Got the lift fairly clean each set except the last one, I hit the board hard and had to grind it up. Dr.DF says he didnt pull on it and I got it up myself, but it still ticks me off that he even had to put his hands on it. Ah well, the weight came up so its a very dirty PR. I stopped after that set. The rest of today went alright.
