At least you got a good workout in anyway. Did you feel teh burn? That’s all that matters, ya know
That’s so cool you got to lift with your dad. Does he lift on his own normally, or was it something he did just to hang with you?[/quote]
He lifts on his own, I was just showin him the ropes of 5/3/1. He hit the half century mark, but nobody could tell.

^I wanted to get a photo during the squat, but the guy who offered to take it took it too zoomed, so here is me after the squat.

Never used breifs. I did use a single ply squat suit in high school, and a closed back 1 ply bench shirt. Both were from inzer.

^I swear I need to give the guys around me a photography lesson. “take the picture when I lock out”…“ok will do…is this right?”…“…sigh…yes”
Since for now Coan is done, again just kinda playin around, ready to get back to Arkansas for break so I can have dedicated spotters so I can do some ME work on bench days, just playin around. I guess today is ME Squat/Deadlift variation.
Did reverse band deadlift, now this was fun (Better photo of the set up to follow). I measured out the bands so that at the bottom they had about 120-130lbs of tension and halfway up my thigh they go slack with no tension, so that for the last few inches I have the full bar weight.

Roughly how high up are the bands choked? I can’t tell from the picture, lol. Sick pulling.

First picture turned out blurry, second one I angled it too low dammit. If you look at the first one, you can see just around head level the two safety bars (?) with the bands choked around them.
Just posted the picture with the bars highlighted in your log.
I really need a real camera.
That is bassically the camera that I have. When I bought mine, they had not yet thrown the tripod in as part of the package deal. The thing works well and is rather durable(I have hit it with DBs and plates, and my little sister dropped it on the sidewalk once).
That’s some bad ass pulling, man!
Reverse bands look/sound cool. I gotta figure out a way to do that in my house.
