I personally struggled with high E2 levels. My experience was that it took quite a bit of experimenting with AI dosage to get it right
Actually…just a suggestion. I was using .5mg ED and still had high E2 (my Arimidex may have been under dosed / fake?? ) what I ended up finding worked best for me was to supplement DIM, and add 2tbsp ground flax per day to your food.
You can research DIM but the ground flax is supposed to bind to the estradiol and carry it out of your body (according to my naturopath)
Again, just my suggestion as I struggled terribly to lower my E2 and it was what finally got me under control
BTW, Looking jacked as shit man! If you get your E2 lowered you should shed even more. (Again my experience with E2; once I finally lowered it I was better able to control bloat and lean up a bit which you don’t seem to have a prob with)
You will also see a considerable bump to your free T levels since less conversion.
Well I’ve been neglecting this log for almost two weeks. For such a common/simple cycle the results are what you might expect. I am not superman yet but I am still gaining. I am done with those orals and am about to do my second pin of my fourth week on the test. I weigh around 190ish with a 31 or 32 inch waist at 5’9 so not small but still not big. Its crazy how much stronger I am getting. On a good day before the cycle I could bench 225 for twelve. Now I am reping 275 for 6 reps 295 for five and next week I am going to see if I can bang out five reps at 315 and honestly I am 100 % confident that that will happen. I hit the 120 lb dumbbells on incline with ease doing paused reps. I’ve done that before but at a heavier fatter composition. Recovery is insanely fast. I can train way more frequently with much more intensity. I feel like I can train 7 days a week if I wanted to. Honestly if I can’t find a legit reason to not train I train now. I don’t not go to train because that day is a scheduled “recovery” day. If I feel like I can train I get my ass up there.
Soo my only concerns are at this point is I have been taking my AI eod .25 of Anastrazole. My nips are still a little sensitive and there is definitely small small lumps beneath them. You cannot visually see them but they can definitely be felt. I assumed after getting my e2 down that it would subside and the lumps would disappear. Since this hasn’t happened I am assuming I will need another approach. Unless my e2 is still elevated. I figured since my anxiety is gone that e2 dropped. Could a serm help. If it can would anyone suggest waiting until pct for the nolva since the lumps are not noticeable or growing(as far as I can tell). I would greatly appreciate input on this. Thanks.

So I finally received my blood work back. I was in my third week of taking orals and second week of test e injections at 500 mg when I had my blood drawn. Nothing to out the ordinary but I will share anyways.
Test Result limits
Potassium Serum 5.6H mmol/L 3.5-5.2
AST (SGOT) 156H IU/L 0-40
ALT (SGPT) 451 H IU/L 0-44
Testosterone Serum 1500 H ng/dL 348-1197
LH <0.2 L mIU/ml 1.7-8.6
FSH <0.2 L mIU/ml 1.5-12.4
Estradiol 87.2 pg/ml 7.6-42.6
Creatine Kinase 281 H U/L 24-204
Ok so my interpretation:
Potassium Serum: No idea why this is slightly elevated. Could be a fluke. I eat a lot of bananas could be a correlation there.
AST/ALT: Holy fuck my liver values are way way elevated. I was concerned but my doctor did not seem to concerned. Clearly that oral is harsh as fuck. Never would have expected that. Levels 10 times normal values are often a sign of acute hepatitis. I was wondering why my DR. had me draw more blood work and included the hep test.
Test Serum: Slightly above normal range. I was expecting it to be way higher but I guess this is normal. I had only been on cycle for 3 weeks and only 2 for actual test.
LH/FSH: Well I guess its safe assume my HPTA is shut down.
Estradiol: 87.2, I think its good that I started taking that AI. Hopefully it will be down with this new test I took yesterday after 2 and half weeks on the AI.
Creatine Kinase: I guess this is from muscle breakdown. No big deal to and avid weight lifter.
Anyways thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciated.
Was your T test LC/MS? If no, it will not read anything above 1500. Your levels are much higher than that at that dose, even if drawn at trough.

Well fuck guys. I think I may have torn my left pec or torn something. Hit 275 easy 5 reps. 295 easy. Finally wanted to hit 315 for 5 and on the third rep felt/heard something that sounded like fabric ripping. Thank god for my spotter I didn’t have to press out after hearing that.
Soo what the fuck should I do? I am getting an MRI asap possibly tomorrow. I am icing now and going to my nurse friend to see what she thinks. I have no pain and the pec is not misshaped. I can even contract my pec and it only slightly hurts. This makes me think I might not have torn it or maybe only tore a little.
Secondly what would your alls advice be with training/cycling around this because I am not stopping. I am bummed cause I really wanted to get my bench up but I will definitely have to put the breaks on that. Man I am fucking angry.

I’m just starting my cycle soon so I’m inexperienced but from all I have researched you should stay on higher reps for that reason. Your tendons havnt caught up with the muscle. Hope it’s all ok.

You gotta have FAITH IN THE DRUGS! Lol.
Strength will always go up on cycle. ALWAYS.
So instead of testing your maxes weekly (because THEY WILL GO UP), use this period to maximise muscle gain by accumulating more volume early and plan to peak near the end of the cycle.
This is important also because of the transition to post cycle where you need to fight to retain your strength gains while lowering volume to keep the muscle.

Well I saw an ortho. It clearly was not a serious tear. I had no bruising and have total rom and can even do pushups with minimal pain. He definitely thinks something might have torn because there is a slight lump/disfigurment which is probably only noticeable to me and the DR. It is very subtle. He said the lump is likely due to swelling and will probably go away. Once I get the MRI it will be more clear what I am dealing with. The doctor doesn’t believe surgery will be necessary.
As for how it happened. I was not maxing. I was just trying to rep more weight then I normally do. But I guess going from 225 to 315 in five weeks is kinda quick jump. Hopefully this won’t fuck up this cycle. I have no plans to stop training. Gonna go hit back in a couple hours.

Yeah I definitely realize I got very lucky. I got fucking tunnel vision and I saw what I wanted to do and thats all I cared about. I should have known better. Anyways I will stay away from direct chest training for a week and then see if i can train it. I hit back the next day. I could not do pull-ups pain free so I went to to a bunch of row variations that caused zero pain and did a lat pull down variation that was pain free. I worked up to db rows with 140 lb dbs so I was happy that I can still train and go hard.
On a side note. I want to jump my dose to 750 mgs a week and cut back the ai to .25 every other day. Any opinions on that. I know a lot of people say stick to 500 for the first cycle but I really don’t see the point. I also want to loosen up on my diet and start eating some mcdoubles. I’ve been trying to keep a fairly clean diet and I have been stagnate at like 190-191 lbs.
why do you want to drop the AI dose? Weren’t you getting gyno before?
I just feel like its under control and I could get away with .25. I guess I will make the call when I look at my second blood panel.
