mate, blood work’s all well and good but just keep it the same. You’ve found a spot where it’s working for you. Don’t fuck with it.

Well I have seriously neglected this log. Likely because it all became rather routine. You get adjusted to pinning rather quickly. So I’ve topped of at 195 and leaner then I’ve ever been since I started lifting. Strength keeps shooting up. I wasn’t even squatting so much during this cycle because of knee/vagina pains i’ve been having.

I squatted one day and hit 405 for 8 which was surprising. 405 had been touch and go for me previously as a max. I can rep the 120s on incline db bench for easy 15 reps. Its pretty awesome. I upped the dosage to 750 for the last three or maybe four weeks and now I’ve tapered down to 500 which I will do one more week and then go to 250 until I am out of test and ready to pct. It’s been great. I got anxiety several times on cycle and I don’t know if it was psycho somatic or an actual physiological response to the elevated test.

This makes me concerned because I am already envisioning a more serious cycle this spring and I don’t know how my body would handle it. Anyways thanks to everyone who stopped by and shared their knowledge and advice. It was much appreciated. Pretty disappointed I only gained like half an inch or so on the arms. Feel like that is a weak point of mine. Oh well.

Bro if your leaner then that half inch is more muscle then you realize.
