A Quick ABBH Question

Hi, i would like to know if i can modify the workout schedule prescribred by Chad’s ABBH ?

I would like to do like this :
Monday : ABBH
Tuesday : Basketball Practice(2 hrs.)
Wednesday :Basketball Practice (2 hrs.)
Thursday : ABBH
Friday : ABBH
Weekends : Basketball Game

Boy it could be done but I think you will be pushing the recovery. I would say just adjust it to doing 2 sessions of abbh a week and adjust the weeks accordingly. Make it longer. No one says you have to complete the w/os in a week but in a training week. That could be 10 days instead of 7. For example. I would say while in season you need a day or two to recover and be fresh for the game
