Hypertrophy Trilogy... change in the order of training days

Coach Thib… A question about the Hypertrophy Triology routines… You recommend doing 1 day On and 1 day Off… For example Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
In my case I cannot train on Saturdays or Sundays… could I distribute this way: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday??? And that way you can complete the 4 training sessions.

Obviously not CT, but sounds like the best choice in your situation. I think no matter the program, we’re all always going to have to adapt a bit to fit our real life situations… which can be everything from injury to family to stress to time, etc.
