Bar rolled forward at the start of the pull, which is why you felt it so much in the back. Just means you’ll be able to pull more when you get it moving the other way. Great stuff dude!
Good spot Pwn. @jdm135 is there a way to get a vid from the side but in front so we can see your feet. I would guess you stand too close to the bar and kicked it forward with your shins. But I don’t like to guess.

12/11/2021 Saturday out on vacation with fam.
Hotel gym had 50lb DBs max, so I used one for this:
10 rounds
-10 goblet squats
-10 left arm floor to overhead
-10 right arm floor to overhead
About 40 minutes. Maybe quicker. Was under the gun to get back to family as wife had all 4 minions in the hotel room!
