Indeed. After carefully considering points raised in another thread, I’ve decided we need something new, something unconventional, something ne’er attempted on T-Mag.
We need to set our goals.
Current goal: 15 bodyweight pullups at 180lbs, lean. Also, imrpoved joint stability, fixing of muscular imbalances causing such.
Currently at: 5’ 8", 192lbs, unknown BF%, steady work, workout, school, diet, and sleep schedule.
Medium Range Goal: floating somewhere around 180lbs, lean, taking my deadlift max of 360x5 up to 400x5, my 'cleans and variations getting perfect form.
Long Term Goal: Consistently improving muscularity through use of hypertrophy, strength, and power styled cycles, permanent improvement in athletic performance as relates to classical martial arts, being one workout, one pound, one rep better than I was a day before.
Remember, T-Mag is Dangerously Hardcore. Therefore, we must be the same.
