A Link to Or A Paste of CTs Advanced Set Progression Model

I will be eternally grateful for any that can point me to or paste in the info where CT laid out a suggest long like 8 week schedule of advanced set progression…I hate when thoughts in my head can’t come out clear..
I can’t recall and I have searched through the forum and articles but can’t find it..
8 weeks or so of intensification progressions
like
week 1 - 3 sets straight to within 1 rep of max, workout 2 - 4 sets
week 2 - 3 sets with the lest set add on 1 rest pause..

I am butchering it but it was so wonderfully written I wanted to share it with someone. I will credit CT of course or link to the article or thread to drive traffic to the site

Maybe?

That’s a great article but not what I remember. More and more, I’m thinking it was a response here in the forums, rather than it’s own article. Thank you though
