This morning was my 5th IM. Today was the first morning that I woke up and felt full. Looking in the mirror I have gained noticeable size in my chest and shoulders. Also the eating troubles are not as bad, I still feel full most of the day but I am getting my calories plus some more. I began shooting HCG today as well, 250mcg 2x a week.
I will be doing chest and tris tonight. 5x5 @ 295 flat bench. I will be attempting to go up 10 lbs every week with my 5 of 5 training.
More good news! I just got my GHRP-6 and plan on starting it tonight after my workout. I will start with 100mcg and bump it up 25mcg per day until I hit my desired dose. Also starting tomorrow morning I will inject 100mcg opposite my workout.
How are you splitting up or styling your diet? Are you trying to eat a certain way or are you just focusing on the calories and not worrying too much about the sources?

Seems like you are having fun with this so far.

The main goal of my diet is to get a set amount of calories and proteins in everyday. I aim at over 400 grams protein and 6300 calories a day. It is not easy as I am not always hungry, but so far I haven’t really missed my totals. My main foods are whey protein, fresh fruits, turkey sandwiches, whole wheat bread, peanut butter, eggs, milk, and yogurt.
Fun, maybe… I feel kinda lethargic most of the day, I get real jacked up to go lift and then crash afterwards. I hope that after I adapt to the high androgen levels I start to feel more normal. I also think that when people put on weight quickly they tend to feel like this.
A big + is that my libido is crazy, as I expected while on a gram of test a week
Last night’s chest workout was interesting. My weights went up good. Not a huge explosion of strength by any means but I am not struggling either. (Flat Bench 295 5x5, DB press 120 3x6, Hammer Press 225 5x10, and Blast Strap push ups 3 till fail) The biggest thing was that I had a huge pump in my chest. I was getting those looks again in the gym when people think your taking something. I feel much thicker in the chest and shoulders.
Last night I also did my first ever injection of GHRP-6 PWO. I shot 200mcg subQ and hoped for the best. What I really want is an increase in hunger following injection. The increase in GH secretion would just be a nice side effect. I shot at 10:00 and by 10:30 I felt a little weird, not really bad but just a mild light headed feeling. This is to be expected with the first injection I think so that was fine. Next I was hoping for a huge increase in hunger. It never came. I ate as if I normally would have PWO but did not have the feeding frenzy that I was hoping for. I went to bed at 11:30 and woke at about 1:30 with a hunger pain in my stomach so I got up and ate. The pain went away and I went back to sleep.
I have some questions that I will ask here but may have to start sending some PMs. Is it normal to not have a distinct hunger reaction to 200mcg? Should the hunger pain that I felt in bed 3.5 hours after injection have come sooner? Should I attempt to inject more and see what happens?
Yesterday following my back workout I shot 300mcg GHRP-6 and experienced a small surge in hunger. I ate all of my PWO meal and then went and got another sandwich to eat about 30 min later. Tonight I will shoot 350mcg PWO and see what happens.
I was a little hurried before and missed a couple things. Side effect- night sweats, bad night sweats. I get them even when off gear but last night was a good one. I soaked through my shirt and even got my sheets a little wet. I expect this to continue for a while but I don’t really care too much. If that is the worst thing that happens to me in a day then I had a pretty good day.
Training tonight will be squats (4x2 @ 375), sumo deadlift (4x4 @ 375), leg press (3x8 @ 700), and then burn out work on leg ext, leg curl, back ext and calf raises. These are my minimal numbers. If I feel that I can go heavier than I will. I hope to see some increased strength soon. As of now my lifts feel solid but nothing crazy yet.
I will weigh in again tomorrow and take some new measurements. I think that I have gained size in chest and shoulders already, but I’ll wait and see.

Just out of curiosity, what do your PWO meals consist of?[/quote]
My PWO meal is really just a shake. I use 2 cups skim milk and 60g whey protein with 50g maltodextrin. I also drink 8 oz grape juice with 10g creatine PWO. My PWO diet will change when I start to add insulin to the mix.
Todays weight is 239. Up 11 pounds in about 2 weeks. Not a bad start, at this rate I should have no trouble getting to at least 245 by the end. Last nights leg workout went really good. Weights went up easier than expected and I actually bumped up my sumo deadlift weight from 375 to 420. I have always been a poor sumo puller, I think I have weaker than average hips.
Anyway, I got my first good back pump last night. After I did my last set of back ext I could barely stand up. But it was the end of the workout so I almost welcomed it. I kinda like the feeling of my muscles being so tight that I want to scream. As long as it is at the end of a workout and I don??t have any more spine loaded movements left.
Someone reading this thread may think that I am having a lot of sides for being on for only two weeks. Really I am writing down all feelings that I am getting good and bad. The bad that I have mentioned (anger, night sweats and back pumps) are all small sides that I can easily deal with. If these are the worst sides that I get from this cycle I will be very happy.
I would like to pose a question to everyone. Do you ever feel really tired and a little shitty when you start to pack on the pounds? I can’t put my finger on it but I feel different.
On a side not. I shot 350mcg of GHRP-6 PWO today and still no massive hunger. I will continue to bump up my dose until I feel something. Anyway, my hunger is kinda twindling but I am at 4500 right now and I still have 3 meals left today so I will be fine. I just wish that this new pepide would give me a massive hunger to really help with the eating. Honestly at this point I have felt more hunger off EQ than GHRP-6, but I’m not giving up hope yet.

Yep. It’s frustrating.

So I’m not the only one. I basically don’t really feel like eating. This is what makes me feel shitty. I think that I am not going to grow because I am not eating enough. My biggest problem is trying the stimulate hunger. I thought the GHRP-6 would be helpful, but I need to find a dose that works for me. I will shoot 400mcg PWO today and hope for the best. If anyone has any suggestions for increasing hunger please feel free to chime in.
I know last winter after the extra pounds were on me I felt sluggish as can be.
Are you doing any cardio at all during this bulk?
This is really the first winter Ive done any in many many years and I think its the best change Ive evern done.
Currently in week three of this cycle and up bout 12 lbs, but no consuming an a bulking amount of calories to get there.
I do think that as we move futher into these weeks that your weight gain will keep coming and mine will come to a quick standstill unless I add more calories.
For when I really dont feel like eating I go more toward blended shakes as its quick and easy to get good calories in this way. Something I sure you already follow.

I totally neglect cardio during bulking and really only get serious about it in Spring and Summer. I know this is not the healthiest practice to follow. Do you think that by adding cardio the sluggish shitty feelings that I get can be lessoned?
And yeah, I have shifted my diet towards a lot of protein shakes and smoothies to get my calories up.
Definetly do cardio. Even while bulking is important. You can choose to do it after the training sessions or on off days. I prefer at the end since your joints are already warmed up from the lifting so can jump right in.
Try 16min at the end of your workout. Use whichever machine you prefer. I like the elliptical. Use a protocol like this
Level 7 time 02:00 minutes
Level 8 time 04:00 minutes
Level 9 time 06:00 minutes
Level 7 time 08:00 minutes
Level 8 time 10:00 minutes
Level 9 time 12:00 minutes
Level 8 time 14:00 minutes
Level 7 time 15:00 minutes
Not too strenuous, but hard enough to get some benefit for your heart. After 2 weeks the sluggish, shitty feelings will go away.
I think I found the real reason for this suuden onset of shitty feelings. I have the fucking flu! I woke up on Sat night and puked up my guts. The next day I coudn’t keep anything solid down. As of now I can keep down some liquids but protein shakes are a no go. I am not articulate enough to describe just how pissed off I am. I start up gaining 11 lbs in 12 days and then this shit happens.
At this point I am unsure if I should even continue after the flu is over. I have a ton of gear left and have minimal shutdown at this point.
What are your thoughts? Continue after losing almost all of the weight I just gained or save it for a later time when I am fully recovered? If I decide to start over how much time should I take off before starting again?

Just ride it out bro.I get fevers everytime i start a cycle with test, quiting your cycle now would probally end you up with some sort of inbalance with test and estrogen levels and could be difficult to fix.
