Barring disasters (which thereās been a few of lately), tomorrow is going to be max testing (which I donāt have high hopes for, being out of the gym for nearly 2 weeks), weigh in and before picture taking. Then the real work begins.

@dagill2 I did a somewhat shitty mock meet with myself 3 weeks ago⦠and decided to try and build up for another try after christmasā¦
That didnāt go to well either, the barbell just felt heavy so no more mock meets for a while for me. Iāve started a new program 3 days a week 531 1000% awesome.

I want to do a 4 weeks mini cut before continuing bulking. Any of you have a torture program for me to run (Not Athlete lean!) Iām tired and donāt know where to look to find a shiny object
