Underutilized company gym - There was one other guy there when I arrived and he left during my warm-up. Which was good because cameras are verboten on the premises. I must say today felt easier than I anticipated.

Thanks math - but you have the rockin’ home setup that I envy. It’s a 40 minute drive to get my the company gym, so I only use it on squat days for the cage. My piddlin’ home setup is just too rickety to trust with weights over 225#

Also, props on the chinups/pullups. If there was ever an exercise that was my nemesis (yes, even moreso than squats) it are those.

Thanks LS - a little more than a year ago I couldn’t do any pullups so just stick with it, big guy, and keep working them…

I think the best thing I can do to help mine is quit gaining weight. I am up 10-12# since starting heavy. I really need to eat cleaner…

Thanks hel! I’m still waiting on the power rack, it’s hard to justify when I can go to the company gym.
you need to shop on DCA’s craigs list to get the good stuff cheap…
