Perhaps I missed those things, but I was referring more to the energy and tightness with which you were pulling/accelerating the bar off the floor. Hell, everybody misses centerline. it’s good chaos training. Sorry if you think the praise is undeserved, I stand by what i said though.

My apologies, DCA. It was not my intent to reject your praise and believe me the positive comments are appreciated. I tend to focus on areas I perceive as requiring improvement and overlook what I’m doing well.[/quote]

That is why you have us posting here, to remind you of where you are helping us and doing well.

thanks guys - and I apologize for the vacuum cleaner noise on the video. My son decided (for once) to do his chores right as I started that set.

DCA- focus and form? it looked to me as if my form went out the window at the end. And I know I grabbed the bar way off center on the last two reps. That was why I stopped and then almost falling over as I walked away just confirmed a good decision to stop. Right now half of my back feels on the verge of cramping and the opposite leg (glute and hamstrings) aren’t too happy either.

Never comb a cat the wrong way.

I should think so. You should buy me some make-up candy and we can do rough sex later.

Thanks mcl, both of my shoulders have been holding up nicely for a while now maybe because of the warm up I always do these days.

Thanks LS - I don’t even hear the music while I’m lifting and don’t seem to gain a benefit from getting fired up, guess I never learned how…
