We have Suzuki coming into town this fall, should be interesting to meet him. Missed a tournament, I was still running a fever and my wife wouldn’t drive me if I couldn’t drive myself down to where everyone was carpooling. I’m still working on stretching, mobility and vocabulary, so many words used differently.
Like the club though, like it a lot.

Chins 51 reps in 15 sets (5x5, 3x6, 2x4) goal is to do 10x5 (PR total reps in one session)
Feeling more in the groove today and reversed my decision to stick to the reps. Maybe should have stuck to my guns because I couldn’t get the rep PR on the money set…

Testing was quick and dirty at the end of Wado class last night. I had no chance to get the camera out and ask someone to video - ah well… We’ll find out on Wednesday evening the results but I expect that we all passed.
Doesn’t it feel good to find a workout that works well. The 5/3/1 seems to be that workout for you. Great training.
