The Roberto Clemente! Going from the point over to the north shore!
That used to be the best walk to & from concerts.

I was originally thinking sex act or exercise.
Interestingly enough, the sex act did require a winch - not the exercise.
Ohhh, I’ve walked over it!
What were you going to the North Shore for?
An electrical toggle switch that is activated by a rocking motion and is set up in a double gang configuration.
What devil or witch is so great as Atiila whose blood flows through these veins - Dracula
Nothing. Just walking

The Carnegie Science Center is neat, and they host some interesting exhibits, a few cool/trendy restaurants & whatnot.
I used to listen to 102.5 WDVE when I lived on the other side of the state in the Allentown area. A co-worker of mine turned me on to it and we could listen to it because we had internet at work in the year 2000. Great station, or at least it was a quarter century ago.
He was from Johnstown originally. I went over to his house once to shoot guns and he tried to get me to smoke some crack with him. Still do during the day/at work.

I really dislike articles like this written by registered dietitians:
I cannot agree hard enough.
A few years ago I was floating the idea of a Culinary Medicine course with a local hospital as a CME course, but the RDs the hospital required were the most dogmatic, stubborn, skinny-fat individuals, and it never got developed.
Any article that claims to be written by an RD is clickbait trash.
