The stopping ability of this van has benn severly compromised. The girl has her rack, bench, bar, boxes and lots and lots of plates. Enjoy.

Squat 4 singles at 195. This was set 4 of 6. I’m not all that happy with depth. I think most of them were right on the line.
See the boys in the back right giving each other a dutch rudder.[/quote]
Does that make it a ‘double dutch rudder’?
Squats: All looked close. Hell, you get some, you miss some-- keep going!
One thing that jumps out at my eye-- looks like you’re GM’ing the weight up especially in the last 2 (first vid), kinda like your hips are coming up first. That’s what MM seems to see in most of our squats (the folks he’s been commenting on the videos). I think that’s one of those things we all need to be vigilant about.
In any case, your squats are all looking better each time!!

I left the house at 9 this morning and returned at 6:30. In total I drove 460 km. First was to Barrie where I picked up the rack, bar and resistance bands. While I was there, I had a long lunch with the guy I bought the stuff from. He asked to see me again which will be nice because we had a total laugh but he lives 4 hours north of me.
Anyway, I also talked him into going shopping with me and I bought a cheap incline bench. I had a bunch of crap attached for preacher curls and what not. I took all that off.
After lunch, I set out for Port Perry to pick up plates from TNT-Cdn. I got lost a couple of times and finally got there. I left with 715 lbs in plates, two wooden boxes for box squats and elevated deadlifts and a couple of wooden training plates that will come in handy for when I can convince my girls to try lifting.
This is a picture of the rack. It is hand made and at the moment very wobbly. I couldn’t get it together properly and am going to Home Depot tomorrow to get different bolts. It is together loosely and I levered the fucking thing up by myself.
Right now Ruggerlife is probably not happy that he gave me all his phone numbers because I did the total chick thing and called to see if he could help met bolt it tightly together with his strong manly hands. He may also borrow his father in laws metal drill to fix some holes.
Poor guy. I’m not even his wife or his girlfriend.
The seats are the ones I pulled out of the van when I caved my skull in last night.

Not a problem at all. If he had it together then we should be able to set it up. I know mine was a pain with only one person, but much easier with a second pair of hands. Give me a call today/tomorrow and I’ll stop over.

Everyone wants to kroc row like a hooker! =) Never thought I would list this amongst my life goals.
Ouro, you are proving to be quite the hunter/gatherer, way to go!
Squat
1x10x45
1x5x95
1x5x135
1x3x165
(1x4) x6 195 (24 reps)
1x1x205
Decided not to push for 215 since everything felt heavy as crap
Flat Bench
1x10x45
1x5x65
(1x4) x6 100(24 reps)
Deadlift
1x5x135
1x3x175
5x5x205
The first couple reps of each set felt good but it got heavy very quickly. The last couple reps of each set felt like pure, unadulterated ass
CG Bench
5x5x85
I had a busy busy day. I woke up at 6:30 and couldn’t get back to sleep. I fucking hate that. Just as well since I had so much to do. I dropped on my super expensive blind to get fixed, went to Hope Depot to get stuff to get my rack sorted out and went grocery shopping. I tried to take my old rack to the dump but it was closed. Then I went to the beer store. It was open. Yay.

Things are heavy as crap, feel like ass…
Sounds like fun. At least you have the beer store!
So the things I picked up at Home Depot were for the rack. I got bolts that were 1/2" shorter and a drill bit that drills through fucking Chuck Norris level metal to make the holes line up.
I got it up and functioning. Following are a few pictures of me in action rocking out with my tools.
