Actually Ms. Mart, SHE called herself too lazy to be a lesbian. I just agreed.
Well in that case, I think Ouroboro is underestimating herself. I could say more, but I’ll leave it at that.
So you think I’d make a bang up lesbo? Is that what you’re saying? I don’t know. I can squat till I puke but otherwise I’d prefer to lie back like a cat.
Hard work and powertools is very lesbo, so I just wanted to give you credit where credit was due. BUT straight women turned lesbian seem to be bad news, so I wouldn’t advise it.
Maybe I can do a video with my hard hat and tool belt squatting. See if I can’t raise some cash for my various enterprises.
I agree with the straight going lesbionic. Very Anne Heche.

In grad school, I lived a year with two women. One was divorced with two kids. She was dating a mutual friend. She broke up with him and decided she was a lesbian. She brought home a couple girlfriends, then decided to drop out of school and move to Oregon where her kids lived with their father.
She then decided to buy a wanker and have it attached.
Now she is a he, bearded and balding! Haven’t talked to him, er her, er him, but I’ve seen the old boyfriend a couple times at conferences. He’s disturbed that he was the last man before she had the hose attached.
Tread lightly… you might wake up one day with a trouser snake in your pants-- attached…

Famous last words!
I am actually going to check it. I got the tires for free so it’s not like a waste. When I get the bar tomorrow, I’ll check it out and decide whether to proceed.

That would be kind of exciting. It must be a real mental and emotional struggle to decide to go that route. Anyone who can make that leap; good on them. I’d prefer to lie to myself and make the best of things.
Having said that, if I had the cash, I’d get my vision fixed. It’s not a new cock but it still would be fantastic.

WOW that is quite a story. I feel for the mutual friend. That would be super awkward.
Definitely beware Ouro: Straight woman turned gay = attachment of man parts
First you’re making a video to try to take money from poor unsuspecting lesbians, the next thing you know you have a penis.

C’mon. I did the cowboy hat… You must.

You know what? When I have my garage set up, I may do it. If I were to go all Village People at the Goodlife with the shorty shorts, I don’t think they’d let me back in.

just file that in the back of your memory in case you ever want out of your membership without penalty!
This thread has been pure golden entertainment today! You got me through work, now I’m off!

Ouro I know your money is going to your gym… but I MUST plug the Vibrams… I LOVE them! They are super comfortable and when I pulled sumo, my feet felt so SECURE on the floor. I could push OUT against my feet without any fear of them sliding… I also love them for squatting and sprinting… just something to think about once you have equipped your gym =D
I’d love to try them out. I need a life sponsor. Any takers? I know it isn’t as sexy as fund raising for a boob job but it’s a lot more fun.
FWIW, I think USAPL has refused to approve Vibrams for competition - not sure about CPU or IPF.

I’ve decided to get a new pair of shoes for deadlift. I think part of my problem is that my legs are spread super wide. My feet are pretty much at the plates. My current shoes have been sliding. I had to reset a few times on Sunday when my feet slid. Therefore I don’t think I’ve been pushing out with my feet when I’m coming up the way I could be. I tried out my daughters airwalks. I had one of hers on my left foot and one of mine on the right. The right kept sliding out. Hers stick to the floor much better.
I also needed shoes for deadlifting, and we ended up buying Pumas. I can’t remember the model number…anyway, I like them pretty well. Looked it up. They are called Sky II hi weave. My feet don’t slip on the platform.
Warm up elliptical and mobility 15-20 minutes. This seems to take longer and longer.
A Squat
1x10x45
1x5x95
1x5x135
1x3x165
(1x4) x 6 - 195 (24 total reps)
I was feeling full of piss and vinegar so I thought I’d push it a bit
1x1x205 - this was the max I tested a couple of weeks ago and it was really easy
1x0x215 - no luck on this but I have it. I just need to do it when I haven’t just done 25 heavy singles first. My form was tight and I hit a sticking point about 1/3 of the way up and I just couldn’t push it through.
I also finally got my Rehband knee sleeves and they felt lovely. I almost forgot. When I started my very first rep at 195 I had to rerack it. I got a pain in my right hand light an electric shock. I kept getting it but it was most severe the first time.
B1 Flat bench.
6x4x85 I did all sets paused at the chest exploding off.
B2 Pull ups
6x5 bw
C1 DB bench
4x8x35
C2 Head support DB row
4x8x35
D1 Cable back hand
3x12x20/side
D2 Zottman curls
3x10x15
When I got home I pulled the seats out of the back of the van to prepare to pick all my cool stuff up tomorrow. I think I smashed the top of my head in when I jumped to get in the back and my head cracked on the roof. It gave meaning to the word poleaxed. My legs almost went out from under me. I think I spent 5 minutes just standing there trying to regroup and afraid to touch the top of my head. Fortunately its all good.
This is a picture of C’s homemade bumper plate in close up. This is how it’s done:
Ingredients:
2 car donuts (spares)
2 flanges with matching coupler pipe 3" long with a 2"wide opening.
You can get these at Home Depot.
Directions:
Drill a few new holes in the donut if the flange and existing holes don’t match up. Use a steel bit. Bolt the flange to the tire and screw in the pipe. These will fit any Olympic bar.
What about 1 & 2? How about the 205 single?
You can take my non-PL’er advice fwiw, but what I see in your squat is whatI’m working on myself in my squat…chest and elbows…drive your elbows forward out of the hole and your chest will follow…to me it looks like your butt is leading you out first, and that’s a habit I am trying to break too!
Also, would it be possible to go a touch wider on your stance as well?
Either way, I’m jealous of your squat! Strong spider lady!
