I’m glad I’m not the only one here posting crotch shots.
I had to up the ante. No one was volunteering to be either my handler or paper my kitchen. A wise man suggested that I didn’t need to jump immediately to offers of hand jobs. Maybe just start out with flashing nipples. Since nipples are no good on T-Nation I thought I’d run to the denim clad crotch shot. Still no offers though.
You truly are the funniest poster on these here forums, lady.

You’re alive?! I thought I left you for dead in the gutter. Figured with the rain you’d drown…

Is that your oblique way of offering to be my handler or paper my kitchen? Or are you trying to say I’ve got a good personality and am pretty doggy?

Thanks very much. They don’t look nearly as spazmoidal as they felt. This is what one arm looks like today. I just let on to my coworkers that I had a much more exciting weekend than I actually did.
btw, the shirt is in my gym bag. I’ll be at the gym around 6 tomorrow.

Glad to hear they’ve stopped playing John Mayer.
PS: Isn’t it easier to do Zerchers in the Zeller’s Power Cage?
Yes but the cool factor is much lower. I wanted to see if I could do them off the floor. If you can master it, it’s a squat option when you don’t have the Scott humped Zellers rack available.

You keep sweet talking me like that and I might flash a nipple.
Ahhh I see, for me it would end up with an ambulance, a TV crew, and some college kids saying “Well that old guy started trying to hump the bar and then things went bad.”
So I got my copy of Maximum Strength in the mail today. I’ve been reading through it and don’t think I’m going to follow it to build up for the Ottawa meet.
However, I’m going to take the template of the last 4 modules and adapt it for peaking for the meet. I’ll switch some front squats and box squats to back squats so I’m squatting twice per week. Also I’ll alter it so I’m benching twice per week. In addition, on the Saturday or Sunday work out, I’ll adapt it so I’m squatting, benching and pulling on the same day.
I’ll keep the volume and rep scheme as well as a lot of the assistance stuff.
It looks like a great resource for mobility and stretching as well.
I’m working on my spreadsheet as I type this.
Also, I got my ass shrinking cream in the mail today.

That’s all right. When I tried it on Sunday at one point it looked like Court and I were humping each other with the bar between us. Someone, somewhere has probably posted it on youtube.
Your zercher vid had great depth.
I pull sumo get the bar on the knees and weave the arms in that way- you had your arms on the outide, it looked hard.
I am reading the cressey book too, and trying to see if I will do the program as written-
I already do much for mobility/prehab and more unilateral work and prefer different accessory work, hmmm.
I think im gonna do it- I have less volume of bench and back squats so maybe this is what I need.
please don’t shrink your ass.
its fine as is.
are you still looking for a cabana boy for meets?

That’s a good point about where I have my arms on the zerchers. I’m going to try it the way you suggested and pull it up sumo.
Yeah, I’m still looking for a cabana boy to dress me at meets. You offering?

Hahaha… I actually have a small bruise on my forearm from when we were humping each other trying to get the bar down haha.
Thanks about the shirt - was just going to message you about it. I will come in and do cardio or something (blasphemy!)
As for you ‘exciting weekend’… I’m about to post a story in my log about my coworkers thinking I had an exciting weekend as well…

Sure I can be a cabana boy at your meets, flights to toronto are cheap- I make television and usually get up there a few times a year for gigs, this year not so much… surely toronto is only a 6 hour drive from you. Is this where I say I dropped out of sports medicine college to get a massage degree?
I had to play with the zerchers for a while… but yeah pull sumo
hands much closer then you normally would
on the center knurling works for me
sit back- and rest the bar on the thighs,
or in the crease of the hip
weave the arms in , I hold my hands- seems to help with
keeping the arms vertical and keeping decent posture.
I should have done zerchers today… dang.
