The video isn’t actually that bad. You can definitely do the 135 if you hook your right arm first. I kind of forgot about the lesbionic action at the gym… we definitely were humping each other for a few seconds hahaha. They had already seen you dress and undress me from my shirt too.
Like I mentioned, I’ll get the vids once my IT guys fix my computer and I can load them on there…

Zerchers are quite the challenge aren’t they? Particularly when you are coordination challenged. I spent a bit of time on my ass on the floor and once fell kind of under the bar.
I’m still waiting for my copy of maximum strength along with my ass shrinking cream. Hopefully they will both be here shortly. I’ll probably start MS next week. I’m sure you can adjust the program so you don’t need 4 days/week. I know I don’t always have that much time since my kids like me to be at home from time to time. They don’t always like it when I just leave a big bowl of cat food on the floor for them.

I did learn the trick is to place the bar on your knees once you pull it up. Then it looks cool. Because you don’t end up on the floor, pinned, in that attractive position.

Hey there. The video I watched you made it look super easy that’s why I thought it would be easy peasy. Not the case at all as it happens. I did the balance on the knee thing but it kept rolling backwards into my body and knocking me on my ass. I finally figured out its better if I hook my right arm first because it’s stronger and I can hold it steadier while I get my left arm under. Next I’ll go for 135. Thanks for the cool idea

I had to up the ante. No one was volunteering to be either my handler or paper my kitchen. A wise man suggested that I didn’t need to jump immediately to offers of hand jobs. Sitting fucks up the piriformis, you should flex your ass a lot and wear heals as little as possible. Flex your ass when you walk, if I were a few thousand miles closer I’d kneed your ass, versus needing some ass right now.

I look at shoes like pmpm is wearing with envy mostly because I don’t have the opportunity to wear them. I wear functional shoes because I sometimes end up on jobsites or climbing around in a warehouse. I’m all about the steel toed boots and hard hat.
I often do stretching at work and have lain down on my office floor to stretch things out. I just shut the door. I will try the flexing though.
