So today I checked out a local meet that a few guys I know are competing. I managed to talk my youngest daughter into going with me.
Also present were Court and Ruggerlife. I think I may have left some of my PL friends with the impression that Ruggerlife is my new, much younger boyfriend. That would sound cool unless you witnessed the two of us dining at McDonalds with an entire nursery school of children between us.
We only stayed for the squatting because the kids were losing their minds with boredom. Super cute moment was RL’s 2 year old son cheering on one of the big guys squatting.

Okay. I’ll give you that for sure. My daughter has a super hero worship crush on you. I think it’s the way you so easily emasculate every guy around you in a poetic way that they don’t even realise what happened until later when they notice their balls are missing.

Today was two hours of stretching and squats only. There were 5 of us there and it was a total laugh. Three of us, including Court were in full gear.
I heard the guy in the next rack tell one of the other women that we were incredible. She was working with a torn meniscus.
I hope we can do that more. The whole energy is much better.
Warm up on elliptical, stretching and mobility. During this Court was telling me I look like an idiot when I was doing glute activation stuff. I thought she was talking to some woman we don’t know and called her a bitch.

I do have pretty good flexibility though that has helped a lot with squatting in particular. When I train at the PL club I’m the only one that isn’t told to do extra flexibility stuff. I just get in trouble for talking too much.

Well I was talking about the video but the avatar does look like it was well.
Still I am envious. If I tried Oly lifting I’d end up on you tube with ten thousand people asking “Did that hurt?” in the comments.

I wasn’t much of a conversation piece either. I had a million and a half things running through my brain last night (and still this morning). So between the two of us, we might have actually lit up a light bulb.

I saw them doing the pole thing on the way to the change room. I think I have aggression and anger issue because I wanted to whale on him with his pole.
In other news I weighed 55.3 this morning. I need to get heavier. I’m making a batch of protein bars tonight and will just continue getting them down my neck.
