leg press 200kg x45, yep 45 straight reps
not a great seesion, felt tight etc, almost didnt do 170 because my lower back just above the glutes felt real
ly tired, but it got better as i went along. never thought id type “180kg x3” and “not a great session” together
i just need to keep on top of my mobility issues - if i sit i get tighter than a clam
today, will do bout 200ish 30kg KB swings and some pullups and goblet squat stretches
damn it, got a cold on wednesday, couldnt deadlift. went to bed thinking it would go away, today i feel even worse ffs. might as well evaluate my program.
will move the rest day to wednesday, as im in college all day and finding time to deadlift is impossible.
which means OHP day is now on thursday. hopefully i can be well enough for tomorrow or saturday

140/155/170/185/140/155/190kg - was a right tit for the first few sets, using my lower back too much (nearly stopped the session it hurt so much) and forgetting about the hip drive thing i do. then i started to do it properly on the 3rd set and made it my bitch
