today, kinda weired.
deadlifts 7x5 140/150/160/180/140/160kg then i tried 180kg again, and the fucker kept rolling out of my hands (bent bar), i eventually gave up and calleds its momma a rude name.
i was kinda pissed after that so i did extra shit
zercher squats x5 60/70/80/90/100/105kg then 120kg x3
shrugs x10 up to 120kg
leg press 200kg x30 in front of the cardio bunnies

my stuff from elitefts came while i was out, a single-prong belt, couple of hoodies and t-shirts and a new gym bag. im such a label whore, iv got about 3 hoodies, four t-shirts and two pairs of shorts from them.

bench 65/75/85/95/67/77/105kg x5 not bad
incline press (rest pause) 62.5kg x10/3/5/5
face pulls - lots
tricep pressdowns
lateral raises.
pretty good session today

today was meh
moring, KB snatches 20kg 10/9 etc to 1 in 6.30mins - new pb

evening, tbar rows 7x5 67/77/87/90/90/90/90kg
more face pulls.

i kinda feel like one at the moment, because at the beginning of the year, holding over 200lbs in my hands and attempting to press it overhead was a seriously far-off thing, but this is what happens when you bust ass, progress. now if only i could bust ass like that for uni and fat loss :frowning:

Thanks for the heads up on the dislocates, my coach harry has me doing a lot of them 4 nights a week. I think ill invest in some bands as well.

Tbar, worked up to 100kg x5 over 7 sets, DB rows 50kg x20, rear delts

will change T-bars to 1handed bb rows

Yeah I was gonna get myself some hoodys from EFS but the shipping was through the roof, something like 80 dollars.
