A Caveman's Quest for a 100kg OHP

tuesday- 5/5/R deadlifts 180kg x7, was going to do 177.5kg but what the hell, good reps
squat 3x10 120kg- hard for some reason, need to keep lower body conditioning after lower training
kb swing 3x20
leg press

thursday 5/5/R ohp 67.5kg x7
dips 7x3 +20kg
BBrows 95kg
1 hand BBrows

friday: squat 5/5/R 145kg x10 - felt good
THEN 10x3 squat @145kg - felt good
leg press 50reps 240kg

my uni schedule is messed this week so im just playing it by ear.

Deadlifts 180kg 10x3
Dips +20kg 10x3
curlz

On the squats:

Overall things looked pretty good man, solid lifting. A few nit pick type things though.

DId you mean to pause at the bottom of the first one or did you miss your path? On the way up, force your elbows forward, knees out, hips forward and head back as hard as possible. These are just general things as they looked like good squats though. For the camera angle though, next time get something a bit further away so that we can see what all goes on when you get into the hole.

A 7 minute mile is pretty darn good. It’s amazing if you’re 200 lbs

WAAA!?! where did all these people come from? lol. the 7min mile is a GOAL sillys, and by that time i will probs be down to 200lbs, feeling fat at the mo.

deads 185kg 3x3, why did these feel slow and heavy? it was fine on…Monday! duh. not properly rested
BUT i was feeling cocky;
so i did back squat 140kg x12, 160kg x3, 180kg x1 THEN 190kg x1 new pr!
dips 10x3 +22.5kg - felt great
curls 40kg 5x5, 50kg 3x3
tricep extensions till exhaustion
kroc row 50kg x20

today i tested my bench as i want to add it back into my training from next week.
worked up to 115kg before needing to grind out reps or get a spotter, so this will be my ‘max’, and i will set 95kg as the 95% for the first cycle.

this is so unfair! i want to do both weighted 10x3 dips AND 10x3 ohp/bench in 5/3/1.
maybe alternate weighted dips/light rest pause bench and ohp, and visa versa
