A Caveman's Quest for a 100kg OHP

^ what I’m doing currently is: prowler (fasted), eat 2 bananas + protein shake, gym, fats+protein rest of day. lets me get my swole on and do high volume of stuff without requiring 200-300g of carbs a day

Prowler sprints 40yrd 60kg 3x2

BTNPP 69kg x3, 74kg x2, 79kg x1/ 74kg x3, 79kg x2, 84kg x1/ 79kg x3, 84kg x2, 89kg x1/ 84kg x3, 89kg x2, 94kg x1
Hang power snatch - lots of light reps, trying to get the form + explosiveness

Savikas press 60/61.5/62.5/64/65kg x3 - easy

DB row 57.5kg 5x12

I’m really pushing my conditioning - supersetting everything and counting breaths, not minutes of rest
not feeling it today, only ate 1500 calories yesterday - too hot too stressed

fucking head colds - enough to keep me out of the gym ,not work

Prowler 60kg 40yrd x6

Savikas press, worked up to 70kg 6x1

did loads of hang cleans and Bar Bell bent presses to practice form

Evening pullups x8/8/9.5/8/8

Awful sleep. kept waking up choking on my own phlegm.

1 hand BB snatches and Bent presses to warm up

Deadlift, worked up to 185kg x12 (+3 rep pr) and held the last for a 30 second lock-out, making animal faces at myself in the mirror. 205kg x1, 215kg x1

Sadiv Savikas Press x20 in 10 minutes - really good way of doing them

Bent press - worked up to 35kg x1, still working on form

probably should have ate more than 2000 cals yesterday

Box squat 105kg x5, 115kg x5, 125kg x5, 135kg x5, 145kg x5 - feeling quad dominant today, so focused on posterior

Pin wheel curls, GMs

No car today - can’t take the prowler on the bus!

Military Press 40kg x10, 50kg x10, 60kg x8
Savikas press 10mins 61.5kg x20 - good reps

1 hand Fat DB press 20kg 4x10 - pump

1 hand DB snatch 40kg 3x3, then worked up to 50kg x1. A lot easier than I thought it would be, could do it for 3.

Have you ever considered doing track work without the prowler? ie; sprint repeats?

Reverse grip THUMB-LESS BB curls 3x8 - the thumb less part makes them great for the entire forearm
