Today - felt like shit, queasy, stomach cramps, breathless. I must have got some compost in my mouth or something at work. I also forgot to take my caffeine tablets beforehand!

Well, that was three days of stomach bug, feel fine now.

Clean+Push Press 80/82.5/85/87.5kg x3 - form is a problem, specifically the beggining push
Savikas Press 61.5kg 6x3
loads of calves, rear delts, pullups and face pulls
Have split training up into push/pull/legs - upper body stuff was creeping into two hours!
Back:
Snatch grip Deads, worked up to 165kg 3x1, will be starting with 145kg 8x3
Dips 9/8/7/7/7 - form felt great
DB rows 50kg x10/ 55kg x10/ 60kg x10/ 65kg x8/ 70kg x5

Today was kinda meh. Took ages to warm up and get flexible enough.

I really want to up the frequency of my training. I have the time and resources - so why not?

The combination of BTNPP and pullups (which i totaled 10x5 over the day) yesterday really fried my upper back, and my shoulders were too tired to do any worthwhile dips

I have to limit myself, because otherwise i would quite happily spend 3 hours a day training
did a two-day protein sparring fast (just shakes basically), no energy for gym
was finally weighing in under 17-stone, lost 15lbs and gotten stronger since the beginning of February, beef and eggs ftw!
