no dips today. Right shoulder overworked due to a couple of things. A: late saturday night, when im usually asleep, i found myself full of energy and dip a KB press+ Oly ring pullup complex - i guess thats what happens without blood sugar ups and downs
B: Sunday was my assessment day at my reenactment group, 4 hours of full contact sparing with blunt swords then to finish, a solid 5min fight - 10 opponents, 30 secs each NO PAUSE. And i had to finish this to pass, which i did, and was also upped a grade which is kewl
2 guys from my group - thats what i had to do non stop for 5 mins

I did a 3 rep Military press workout during my lunchbreak today (no warm ups just 80,82,85 for singles).
I’ll race you to 100kg strict and if you can’t beat a lanky fool who can’t stay tight then you can always blame it on the fact I outweigh you by 30 or 40kgs! (bw between 136-140 depending on time of day)
Oh, it is on motherfucker! and yes, you currently outweigh me by 30kgs (pretty sure thats all bone mass, though lol). Really squeeze all your leg and glute muscles - it really helps
Bird- Savikas Press, squats and other stuff does hit my core hard, and if im pissing about at home i’ll use my ab wheel, but Im not at the point where i think i need to hit it hard yet.

Today 5/3/R squat. Felt like shit. breathless, bit dizzy, stomach cramps. I think i got a bit of compost or something in my mouth at work yesterday. I also forgot to take my caffeine tabs as well! Still managed it though.
