Pies were kind of shitty this year. I put too much salt in the crust. Oh well.
Friday I did some squats, back work, tricep work, and curls. Nothing too heavy, right now I’m just getting da pump. Sunday I pushed the prowler before the snow storm came in. Fun, I’ve been away from that for too long.

In other news, I’m going to NY next week, and will miss the firm Christmas party (and associated work presents, grrrr). The only Christmas party I’ll be attending is Thursday night. Booo for parties before meets!

My best squat was 418, but it was a smidge high. But it was almost light, once I got it walked out.
I’m really not even thinking about this meet. Today I was like “oh crap, I need meet food…and openers!” I’d like to take the records, but I will be a 198 so they aren’t hard records to take. I’m kind of just doing this one for fun, I guess. And to not bomb.
Estimated attempts:
S: 363/407/418+ (state record is 347)
B: 209/225ish/248 (state record is 209)
D: Fuck the DL, I’ll start at 330 or something. Fuck the DL. Punch me in the forehead. (record is like, 420? Fuck the DL. O will DL for me.)
I slept with my right hand all crabbed up and it hurts to make a fist. 1) This could fuck deadlifting and 2) How will I punch myself in the forehead without a fist???
With my third squat, third bench, and second deadlift, I’ll at least finally total 1000. Jinx.
