A Beginner Shouldn't Stall.

And what if I’m not sure about how large a certain serving is?

For example, the food I get from the university’s dining center doesn’t come in a neat little package with the nutrition facts printed on it.

Take a your best guess.

I just ate 5 eggs and two pieces of ww toast covered in PB, and I’m still hungry.

time to eat.

I would say eat until you are full. Or do you mean the macro breakdown of food?

Yes, that, for tracking purposes. I usually eat until I’m full anyway, but I guess tracking caloric intake is pretty useless if I don’t have any actual numbers.

I don’t understand all this poor nutrition advice. Its beyond ridiculous. I keep reading these articles that suggest it and people on forums giving this “great advice.” If you want to make gains, eat a ton, we all know that. I’m no professional, but I can tell you there is no sense in chancing getting a high body fat percentage.

I realize that gaining some fat is a part of going through a bulking phase, but you can achieve great gains by eating clean. Put down the McNasties and all that other fast food crap and start eating lean proteins, good carbs, and of course the good fats. Good carbs include vegetables, those are often neglected while bulking.

I’m not even going to get scientific about it because, well honestly I have no room to. Just load up on the clean stuff the best you can. It may take a little longer to get the gains that you dream of while masturbating to Men’s Fitness, but you’ll be really proud and feel great about how you look.

i forgot what article it was but, i remember reading

-take a 1gallon water jug, fill it with 100-200g of protein and drink on it throughout the day

might help if you have bunch of protein powder on hand

If you ask me, instead of trying to decipher all these bits and pieces of information and advice from different people just go directly to a concise source…
