A 3rd Try at Weight Loss

Alright so I fell off the ball again for a while, I went out of town for a few week’s and I started eatting crap and drinking soda again. I came back on T-Nation and saw a very inspireing before and after photo from Billbob235. I read some of his blog and with some stuff that has happenned recently I must say I feel more motivated then ever. I am going to say what I plan to do and how I plan to do it and please corrent any wrong thing’s.

For food I am going to eat 5-6 meal’s a day. No soda. No greasy/junk food. Eat a lot of lean meat, eat little amount of carb’s and when I do eat the carb’s try to only eat them post workout (I am not includeing veggie’s as carb’s since they should be eatten with every meal). Drink a lot of water.

For the work out I need help with that. I have read so much stuff that I forget about some work out plan’s. I work from 4-12 at night so I will be wakeing up around 9 or 10 in the morning eatting break fast and then going to the gym around 1:30-2 for a hour. I think I might be leaveing stuff out but I honestly would much appreciate help on the work out plan. That is one of the thing’s that I found to be the hardest when I have tryyed in the past, when I get to the gym and I don’t have a set program I feel like I’m not accomplishing the goal’s that I wanted to.

Forgot to ask how do you guy’s find time to eat properly when you work and every thing. I am thinking about tommorrow, I have to wake up, go grocery shopping, eat and then go to work. How am I suppossed to make food and stuff for work when I barely have enough time to do what I need to do? Also healthy recipe’s would be very apprecciatted.

Thank’s ahead time

Carl.

Give Lactic Acid training a shot, and stick to it as closely as possible - sounds like you have a general idea of how to eat so get to it.

I got this from BillyBob’s blog about his weight loss. I am wonderring if you guy’s think that this work out plan is solid for me to start off with and if so how many rep’s and stuff should I do? I was thinking 6-8 with about 75% of my max? Thanks ahead of time

any help???

It doesn’t look like much of a program, a bunch of exerises and not else. It seems like one big day on Monday and the rest of the week wasted. There are much better programs on this site. Any training is better than sitting on the couch but you can do better. What’s your training history and goals?

Most people don’t work 7 days a week. So, on their off days, they use one to cook. Then, you store stuff in the fridge so that you use it when you need it.

Try that. Also, pack your meals and take them to work. Mike Russell just wrote an article on planning meals. Read it over and put it to use.
