A 160 LBer Giving Cutting Advice?

forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=106655091
He looks great, but he’s been training for 5 years and is 160 lbs at 5-10.

God If I’m still 175-180 in 5 years, I would just quit lifting.

Who cares what he weighs, when he has a physique that is better than the majority here probably.

Granted, I’d want to weigh more, then again I’d like my BF to be that low as well.

Not everyone wants to be 200 lbs ripped.

I dunno, I hate to compare him to 1morerep, but the guy on BB has a good physique for his weight, at least from the few pics I looked at

THIS WILL GET YOU FLAMED.

He looks great, but I have to question that other 160-170 lbers are looking for cutting advice as well.

And btw, onemorerep is like 5-4, I believe.

I’d be happy looking like that.
His advice is spot on too. Especially the part about over dieting too fast.

I think he’s a little taller than that, 5’7" maybe? Some people on this site look at weight and think that is all that matters. 160 at 5’5" and 160 at 6’0" are VERY different. Especially at a low bodyfat.

I think the guy has a good physique. He’s not HYOOOGE, but that probably isn’t his goal.

He isn’t giving advice on getting huge, he’s giving advice on cutting, something he obviously has experience with.

Give him a break, we can’t all be both JACKED and SWOLE…

Can’t imagine what you must look like now…

He appears to be a dirty gerdy clone (carrying less size than DG), naturally lean, stringy build and more suited for fitness modeling rather than bodybuilding. Except he made the right choice not trying to become a bber, very difficult to have a V taper and appear filled out with that piss-poor structure unless he can add a crapload of size.
He does look good though, no doubt about it.

Alot of that is genetics rather than diet.

Most guys will not look like that at 5’11 and 160 pounds even at 6-7% bodyfat.

Im not sure I would knock him for giving cutting advice, he clearly is decent at shedding bodyfat.

Bulking, lifting heavy, you know what we deem important…hes not qualified for, but then agian he isnt giving advice for that either.

HA!

hell, id take cutting advice from the guy if i was interested in cutting. He looks like he knows what he is talking about.

though i’ve seen his pictures in numerous places, could be just another “rippedashell”.

Wow, I’m surprised at this reception. I’ve always thought he looked great and I doubt his goal is to get HYUUGE.

Also, he didn’t post there, some troll that hates him did.

you are a BB.com whore!

At least the threads you link are entertaining

He looks good. Better then most people here. And his advice is quite good also. So what if he isn’t huge. I would take his advice also.

He is probably a fitness model or something and doesn’t need to be huge and probably has no desire to be either.

Why not just worry about what this guy is saying instead of worrying about what he’s saying while looking a certain way. Seriously. Evolve people.

I bet he looks great in an extra medium Abercombie shirt and “Destroyed” Low Rise Boot Cut Bitch Fit Slim Leg Jeans.

He looks like someone who takes care of himself (for chicks obvioulsy if you look at his photos in his profile). Still, he’s not a bodybuilder, has no ‘real’ appreciable mass, and is not ‘cut’ by any bodybuilding standards. The guy wants attention from newbs.

When he posted his pic up on here, no one was impressed, and he went away, never posting, or returning again. The majority of people posting on BBing.com are little kids. What 13 year old kid wouldn’t want to look like this guy does in his pics? It’s all about what your goals are. Sadly, some folks aspire to 5’10 160 lbs -lol.

S

Really, what’s the problem? Some just want to have a fitness body, others want to be strong and others strive for a bodybuilding look.

It’s just what suits your goals.

There was a post on Shugart’s Hammer about a fat dietitian who won the award of dietitian of the month. She was morbidly fat, argued for a high carb, low protein, and low fat diet. And she looked like she had been on quiet the bulk. If anyone knows where it is, post it up here? My point being, would you take advice from a 140lb guy on how to loose weight? Maybe he just dropped from 240, but the odds of that are somehow slim. You can’t judge a book by it’s cover, but you’ll know if it’s a good book if you find it in the right section.
