Why not just worry about what this guy is saying instead of worrying about what he’s saying while looking a certain way. Seriously. Evolve people.

There was a post on Shugart’s Hammer about a fat dietitian who won the award of dietitian of the month. She was morbidly fat, argued for a high carb, low protein, and low fat diet. And she looked like she had been on quiet the bulk. If anyone knows where it is, post it up here? My point being, would you take advice from a 140lb guy on how to loose weight? Maybe he just dropped from 240, but the odds of that are somehow slim. You can’t judge a book by it’s cover, but you’ll know if it’s a good book if you find it in the right section.[/quote]

I would hear what she had to say, analyze it for myself and go from there. Truth is truth no matter where it’s coming from.

Most people judge other people by their appearance first and their spoken word second. But the appearance can already hinder any further open mindedness just on that fact alone.

About taking weight loss advice from a 140lb guy. Sure why not. He might have something to say about “weight loss”, after all he’s 140 lbs. So he may know a little something. Better then listening to weight loss advice from a 300lb guy. Or is it? They may both have truths to say about it.

Also think of an Olympic coach. He can’t actually do a back flip or a crucifix, rings, pommel horse, floor exercises, parallel bars. But he can “teach” others to do it. It’s a good thing the olympians don’t take the attitude of

“im not listening to shit until i see him do it for a perfect 10 first”

See what i mean? For some reason in this industry we listen to poeple who look like they know something as opposed to seeing if they truly know something.

LOL…that made my day

he seems to kinda know what hes talking abouta s far as cutting anyway from the few posts of his i read.

like everyone is saying, he isnt big by any means but he isnt giving that advice so who cares?

Yup sure does look good, and he wants to look that way, so fair play to him.
However, brosing through his BB.com profile I saw this-
‘‘Goal (Long): Bulk till summer then get shredded Repeat and come in better shape every year’’

I’d hate to see what he looks like before he bulks

What, you expect a three-hundred pound PL to be giving cutting advice?

If guys who just want to be lean and athletic can’t hang out at BB.com, where the fuck do they go?

the BB forum here?

how much of his physique is just from being naturally lean and eating right? Did he drop a decent amount of bodyfat, or just get his 1st year newbie gains and start doing cardio. The guy looks good, don’t get me wrong, but not impressive, and I’d be curious to see what he really accomplished.

Matsm21 - exactly.

He claims since he always played sports he was naturally <10%, and even if he sat on the couch and drank six-packs all day (paraphrasing), he would still be around 10-12%.
