As the title says , heres my attempt to putting on about 5-6 kg of muscle in the next 5 months . I have just finished my Powerlifting Meet i was preparing for 12 weeks out. Now to get my body ready for summer and Load up the plates on the Leg press (cuz frankly ive had enough of squatting for while)
