90 Degree Push-Ups

The reason you’re not doing 90 degree push-ups is because it’s hard.

There was a vid I saw on break.com or ebaumsworld.com a couple years ago showing a breakdancer doing crazy bodyweight stuff in his routine. He looked like a gymnast that breakdances for fun. He was built like a tank and looked like your typical gymnast, bowling ball shoulders, tiny waist. I can’t post from work or I would dig it up.

That breakdancer is amazing! His vid is also one of the first things I thought of when I saw this thread.

Maybe one day I’ll actually work some planche training into my workouts

That’s amazing stuff right there in the second video.

That’s one of the few things that everytime i see it i’m amazed.

Maybe not prosthetic legs, but at least he has a muscular dystrophia. Why do you think they don’t show his walking around?

Still, even though, the guy’s a beast…

I don’t know if he’d be able to do the uprock or flare he does if he had muscular dystrophy or prosthetic legs. His legs might not be as developed, or he might have some kind of impairment but I doubt it’s as serious as the two aforementioned problems. I’ve been watching this dude for years, he’s a beast.
