Brilliance

Hi everyone,

Haven’t posted for awhile, just wanted to share this video. Truly amazing how you can push the human body to it’s limit. Bboying/Break Dancing started in the 70’s in Brooklyn, New York. About 30 years later, look at where we are now! Note that these guys don’t have professional training… just creativity, trial and error and pure determination.

I haven’t trained hard in this art for awhile now, went back to my roots in Martial Arts, just doesn’t seem realistic to be competitive anymore. Body feels brittle and these young cats are just too insane!

Let me know what you think!

Ranzo

my neck, head, wrists and elbows hurt just watching it. pretty amazing stuff. but can they do this?

Awesome video. Great find, mate!

Yep…I read online that they have this international breakdancing competition and korea’s won it more than a couple times. They actually hold the MOST titles out of any country. Weird huh? You would think it’d be some bruthas from ATL or somethin.

Did that guy at the end do push ups supported by his fingers only or is it a trick?

He did indeed do planche pushups on his fingers if memory serves.

Thats a lot of goddamn spinning.

I saw the video those finger tip pushups came from. If memory serves it was in a thread from here a couple years ago.

You can find it reposted on ebaumsworld search “awesome breadkdance”

It’s an absolutely sick performance.

Cool GIF there! I grew up watching that guy on Silver Spoons & Fresh Prince. THAT GUY CAN FLAT OUT DANCE! Saw him a few months back on 5th ave here in Naples Fl.

Cool video! For yrs. now I’ve wanted to learn those gymnast type of moves, so how do I learn them?? How do I start?

I can’t remember the site name, might wanna google “free running”. But it had really good instructions, and with around 3-4 weeks of practice, starting from rolling on the ground backwards, I learned to do a standing backflip. Just be prepared for a few sprained limbs, bruises, and scrapes.

Yup that’s real! His Bboy name is Junior reppin’ Most Wanted - France. Dude is massive! I don’t know if it makes it easier or not but I believe his right leg is fake.
