Good shit what are your other lifts looking like?
710 squat with wraps/ over 600 prolly without but never tried.
mid 300’s bench ( i don’t train it, since pec always hurt)
power curl?.. lol jk
Haha power curl for the girls duh. Those are some good numbers and tore a pec before or something?
haha exactly man. yeah I tore both, still gives me problems.
Shitty, I could imagine why it would. That sucks at only 20 years old too. I’m only 22 and I couldn’t imagine tearing both my pecs. Then again I have some back problems from an IED blast. Damn you DEADLIFT!!! Just keeping getting stronger those are really impressive numbers.

I love the way you pop up and lift the weight like that, so savage.

Really suprised this thread has not gotten more attention! Chris, great to have you posting on here again. I believe you were putting up vids a few years back of you pulling in the high 5’s, but I don’t anyone could have predicted your strength now. I just got a few questions for ya:

I don’t wanna keep ya here all day, but I was wondering if you could lay out your training for us? It’s my understanding that the Lilliebridges have a very simple routine, each lift once per week, alternating squats and deads, do you train the same way?

What are some of the main things that helped you reach your strength levels?

What kind of supplements do you take? (Kind of a ghey question I know)

What is your diet like? I remember you being around 225 if I remember correctly, so you’ve obviously put on some mass in the last few years.

I train pretty similar when I got a meet comming up but during down time I train with alot more volume to help with muscle size and fatloss. Squat once a week to a max doesn’t do much to help your legs grow and I got bad genetics. I like to squat 2x per weeks and do legs with sled drags more often to help keep my leg size up when I got a meet comming. Sled drags are great for fr legs without taxing low back.

Supplements I take: tumeric, creatine sometimes, and energy stuff once or twice a week. Vitmain C and fish oil if I have any at the house.

My diet is pretty high calories. I was just back at 220 a few months ago working in the summer heat, put on about 35 lbs of muscle pretty fast. I can go up and down easy.

Hope this helps
