The occasional capital letter, comma and full stop would come in handy. If you can’t be bothered to make the effort I can’t be bothered helping.

bodyweight: pullups, u can do these on solid rafter ect…, pushups put something on ur back, walking lunges, hill sprints and squat jumps should be enough for legs for now, dont forget abs with situps, planks this should be a decent total body workout, does ur school have a gym?
