The occasional capital letter, comma and full stop would come in handy. If you canāt be bothered to make the effort I canāt be bothered helping.
bodyweight: pullups, u can do these on solid rafter ectā¦, pushups put something on ur back, walking lunges, hill sprints and squat jumps should be enough for legs for now, dont forget abs with situps, planks this should be a decent total body workout, does ur school have a gym?
