I’ll try getting some pics up ryanbCXG.
As for the protocol,
Drug use:
- 8iu GH split over 4 IM injections at roughly 4 hour intervals
- T3 25mcg pre-workout (took 50mcg day before event)
Training:
I followed a body part split incorporating as many multi-joint exercises as I could. I kept the reps to around 10 and kept the weight medium-light.
20 mins of punchbag post-workout
Diet:
Upon waking 1 toast with 3 egg whites (dropped the toast after recommendation from BBB and veraforza)
2 hours later Whey protein isolate drink (no carbs)
2 hours later Chicken breast
Pre-workout 1 mini chocolate alongside EGCG and caffeine
Post-workout 50g carb-protein shake
Chicken breast
I drank around 10litres of water for 4 days before the event and dropped water alongside my carb-load 24 hours prior to event (BBB).
I think next time I will start my carb-up slightly earlier then 24 hours as I think I peaked around 36 hours.

Hey Singh, just read through this and found it interesting. I’m curious how much you think the 25 mcg T3 really helped you?
It’s not a subject I know a ton about, but from what I’ve read 50-75 mcg/day is a replacement dose for people with hypothyroidism, and 100 mcg or so/day is recommended for people using it for fat loss (of course with adequate Test to stave off catabolism).
Curious how to decided on only 25 mcg and how much benefit you got from that? Any reason you didn’t elect to use a more “standard” dose?

This is probably one of the more radical things I’ve done 
The reason why I didnt go for such a high dose (or standard dose as most suggest) is a couple of reasons.
Firstly I was not running test alongside it, so there was more room for catabolism. Had I been running some sort of androgen alongside side it I MAY have been inclined to up the dose.
Secondly I have used T3 in the past and it absolutely ATE my muscle away. This was while on androgens, within a week people were noticing a huge size loss. I dont know how to exlain this but maybe due to the androgens my thyroid might have been already overactive? I dont have any scientific basis for this theory however, just a thought.
Thirdly as I was on a calorie deficit this would welcome even more muscle loss (taking into consideration the above reasons of T3 targeting only my muscle) and as I wanted to look as good as possible I decided sacrificing mass for more cuts was not worth it for that particular event.
I must say that in those 7-days I lost a huge amount of fat (might have been water) and was looking good, I know I dropped at least 1% if not more. The only mishap was the water depletion, maybe I need to play around with my days of when I drop my water intake etc.
