635 Raw Deadlift

Went up really fast, 3 weeks out from meet, I think 650-660 is a reasonable goal!

Looked really easy, I think your definitly good for 660. Good luck at the meet.

Why start being reasonable now? Massive pull!

lookin strong dude. maybe readjust your opener so you dont leave any weight on the platform

Video or it never happend.

Oh, nevermind.

Sick lift, man. You’ve definitely got more in you.

What weight class are you going to compete at?

Thank you guys.

I am amazed at how fast it went up.

Well, I’ll probably weigh in at around 250-255, so I’ll be in the 275. I don’t feel like cutting weight for this meet, it’s for fun.

Haha I like the celebration.

Good work man, looks like you have a considerable amount in the tank

x2

Solid pull man.

good pull

Great pull Man, glad you’re not in the 60 plus age group

Good weight, for sure, but you don’t seem to have a lot of a lumbar arch, I would definately recommend for you to work on that.

Why not? Bad form=less kilo.

All of those guy’s lumbars were similar to mine.

My form isn’t bad.

As you can see, there is thoracic curvature, but the lumbar spine is not curved. Thoracic curvature is not bad.
