635 Raw Deadlift

No bad things ment. Why so defensive? I’m just trying to help you achieve bigger numbers.

Anyhows, I see a HUGE difference, I dont know about you. http://img5.imageshack.us/img5/1214/unavngivetqf.png
And Konstantinovs, the guy on the comparison is like the father of thoracic curve. Probably not, but he is known for it.

Your picture number 2 is great, it really shows an extremely poor position. It’s what we in Denmark call “crain deadlift”. If you can correct the form - notice how little hipdrive, that you have availible in the lockout - you can definately lift more.

I’m not getting defensive. Why are you so sensitive that you think I’m getting defensive? I’m simlpy replying to what you said.

I don’t see a huge difference. My lumbar spine is strait.

I really think you’re exaggerating.

Because you do not accept that your form can be improved by a whole lot.

I rally think you’re in need of glasses, if you do not see a huge difference. Anyhows, if you are satisfied - continue as you’ve always done.

Form can always be improved, especially mine. I just think you’re seeing things because of the angle.

Could be, yes. Hard to tell… I would recommend focusing on keeping the hip lower and chest higher.

I would agree with you on that. Maybe because it was 35 lbs more than anything I’d ever done on deadlift, my hips rose a little higher than normal.

But still, I’m just happy with how fast it went up.

Nice pull! Good luck!
