6’1 is hard to fill out, but once you blow up, your gonna be one very impressive guy. great rear delts.
what are your mesurements?
Thanks man, I don’t know how you made 230 at 19, but that’s really impressive, same with your lifts.
I lost my myotape so I have no idea on measurements, I’ll try to do some.

great delts man, really inspiring. if I had to pick something to work on, I’d say maybe you could improve your chest a little. Given your bench that’s probably just the photos though
Ya my chest is a strong point, I’ll try to get a better picture up for that. Thank you sir.

lol at those numbers being inflated for a guy that size. Calling him out on them is pretty much an admission that you’ve never trained at a proper gym because those are not unusual numbers for someone of his proportions.
Have a look on youtube and you’ll find plenty of videos of smaller guys putting up more weight.
His deadlift doesn’t seem inflated either. In fact a 420 squat and 530 deadlift is proportionality a bit low for someone who benches 345 but he has already admitted to being a bench specialist in the past.
You’re right. I train at a shitty gym because thats the only thing I can afford and have been able to afford for my 3 years of lifting. The only thing I’ve seen close to his numbers in person are mine, except for bench (long arms). Anyways, hes lookin’ good and I won’t take it away from him.

Ya man, today I did this workout:
Deadlift: 1x2x485 6x3x400
SLDL: 3x8x305
BB Row: 3x8x235
Reverse grip lat pulldown:3x8x200
GMs: 3x8x255
done circuit style.
Unfortunately I brought my camera but didn’t have the memory card, so no videos today =(
Hey man get yourself a foamroller and roll on your Iliotibial Tract (IT Bands) on the outside on your quads. You’d be surprised as to how much tension you hold there, which has an effect on your hip mobility. Try can-openers too, lie down on your side and bend your knees. Open and close your top leg while it rotates on your opposite heel, like a gator’s mouth. You should feel streching in your Tensor Fasicae and Glut Medius.
Foam rollers are expensive, so you can use a medecine ball if you balance yourself properly. Try doing this before you work out, especially with your Deadlift and Squat exercises. Good results bro.
Very impressive and those are good numbers. I would of thought you weighed more than 200. I’m 200 myself and 5’10". I don’t have those kind of numbers. Maybe I’m too fat ha ha. Good job man.
haha i was thinking the same thing, i’m floating around 200 or just over at 6 feet (Relatively lean) and you make me feel small and weak…well small partially because i still see myself as 150, but definitely weak though!
…EFFF! race to 220, then we*ll see haha jk
*(sidenote…anyone else who used to be skinny think of themselves in the future at a certain weight…and think that would be it…like thats where youèd look good and big, and then you got to that weight and still feel the same, and kept having that experience?, kinda frusterating, but kinda cool and motivating too)-not fitting into any of my clothes anymore is definitly real though haha, and expensive as shit
to the OP, especially just wanted to say awsome shoulders above all, and ièm sure youère familiar with clothes fitting weird with shoulders like that (and it looks like quite thick legs also)
I myself gave you a seven, but, I was wondering if you could share some workout info for the delts(yours are incredible) because mine are probably my biggest problem area…anyways stay strong and thanks.

I had it in my head that 200lbs would be the “big” threshold.
yea, its never enough lol. realistically though i think ill be good at 230. i feel pretty confident with my physique now but theres still a lot i need to work on. i figure an extra 30 lbs will bring everything up to satisfaction.
Nice back bro, really looking awesome, any pics w/ better lighting?
You just do heavy deads to get a back like that or what? I’m currently not training biceps either, they kind of get enough work from pull-ups and rows I thought, maybe not?

How wrong I was. I’m thinking 230 now.

Yeah, its because your tall at 6’4". Im 3 inches shorter so im hoping that 200 will put me in the “big” threshold. I will just have to wait and see.
Anyways OP great work! keep it up! Next time maybe try to lean up a little more and I bet you will get a higher rating. Nice lats.
Thanks for all the good comments guys! As for leaning up, fuck that. I have one chance to be as big as possible, I figure I have already wasted enough time. Leaning up is for 30 year olds when they have built their mass.
Shoulders: Bench press helped a lot, I have naturally big delts, so much so they overshadow my arms. I had an original bulk to 240lbs, and during that I was doing bench press, dips, and this thing my coach called shoulder complex, which was Heavy front lateral raises, heavy bent-arm side lateral raises, and bent over bb rows with strict form for rear delts.
Never have been good at military press or pressing in general, my jerk is alright…
Big lifts recently: Bench press 275x8
Deadlift 515x2
hang Power cleans 230x4
