Here eat like a beast… Just make sure you train like one

This is nice, did somthing similar hoping to gain weight and managed after long time.

Good job! Its cool to see a young guy go at it hard not just training wise but also with his diet

You are young and therefor can eat a lot but dont get caught up in scale weight and start overeating if you dont gain 1pound/week… if you do you will end up fat and unhappy

Nice work! Are you tracking yOur protein? What is your typical diet?

Bieber?

Sorry, I had to.

On topic: Good progress. Keep up the hard work and listen to advice already given in this thread.[/quote]

ha, I was thinking the same.

And good job, from the thread title I was expecting a train wreck.

My post was obvious sarcasm. I just hate when people say they can not gain weight or they train like a beast.

no i’m not, tpical diet consists of:
Breakfast- Eggs, toast, cereal
Mid morning- this is where I have my cheat meal whatever it may be, protein shake
Lunch- usually rice and chicken/beef/tuna with broccoli and sweet potato
Afternoon/Pre workout- Try to get something small high in carbs and protein
Post workout- Protein shake w creatine
Dinner- Changes daily but high protein and carbs
Pre bed- Shake consisting of; 3 scoops whey protein, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1/4 cup of oats, sometimes a tablespoon of olive oil, and full cream milk (whole milk for American’s?)

Eating before bed has helped me out the most by far.
