I weigh about 164 bio electrical impedence says 6.4% body fat and skin caliper says around 7%. I am trying to cut down to compete in the open lightweight divsion. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!

Ive always been told that my chest and arms are my weakest part, but iam not sure what i should be doing to bring them up. I know since iam dieting its not realistic to expect any size gains, but after the show whats something i should be doing to bring them up?

Iam doing a show around where i live just a small thing called mr kalamazoo
Good work dieting down thus far man!
After the comp when you wanna put some size on your chest and arms just really focus on them; put them 2x a week (if you don’t already)
eating more helps too
but you know that.

Looking good for your height. Yeah chest, tris,bis (my worse parts to) need work. Your forearms look thick as hell though. Maybe you like doing legs more? lol Good luck though on the comp.
Try and get that chest up, along with the triceps.
Overall you have a great built keep up the good work.

well what have u been doing for arms and chest before u cut down?
well i was just doing them once a week like normal but they were always heavy and tough days with a lot of band bench presses and heavy weight. For arms I never really encorparated a day of just arms, but since i notcied they were really lagging compared to the rest of my body i started using friday as arm day
