6 months TRT - 39yr old male

I’ve been on TRT for 6 months. I have not spent as much time lifting as I usually do, work, kids, etc.

I’ve recently read the first year on TRT is the most important for building muscle mass. If I blow my first year not training as hard as I should, will I lose the benefits TRT provides in regards to lean muscle growth?

Well, considering that natural building there’s almost no progress at all in only one year, I have no idea how much TRT will add to that.
