What was supposed to be a weekend of me geeking out watching strong people lift heavy stuff turned into me running to Chattanooga twice, Morristown once, and barely squeezing in deadlifts on Sunday. I hate deadlifting heavy on Sunday; makes Monday looooooong. I fully intended to get 5 @ 445, but both the spirit and the flesh were weak and unwilling at that point.
Can you pm your info again? Thinking about this Sunday am if you want to try the mono lift out…going to Dynabody to check out some 45’s tomorrow. They already sold the safety squat bar, but Pete is looking for another for me. Fingers crossed.
Friggin’ strong squat! Looked like you had more in you. I believe you mentioned starting to squat in oly shoes. How do you like 'em? I’m thinking about picking up some adidas powerlift trainers (or something to that effect) as I feel a little more comfortable with an elevated heel.
