hey guys i just had a quick question…i was thinkin about a whole new different workout plan and i was wondering what you guys think of this… I was thinkin about focusing on fat loss for 6 months, increase cardio, normal weightraining routine,(summer days)…and than focus 6 months mass and strength and just keep the running to a minimum and increase the colorie intake… or would i just be better off focusing on fat loss until i am satisfied than focus on mass…
