What time do you actually train? M, W, F we open at 5:00am. T and Thur its 6. There are a lot of super smart people too, the owner Zach is a chiro also so he can help with rehabbing. When I was rehabbing my ACL knee surgery I was always asking him questions and bouncing things off him. He was a huge help in getting me back up to speed pretty quick, I was cleared for “real” training and ending rehab at just under 6 months.
Below (I think) is a video where you can see the gym. Zach is the guy in black t-shirt and shorts. Keep in mind that not everyone is a powerlifter/strongman type. We hear from a lot of people that think regular people can’t train there but we actually have more “regular” people than us psychos. We have a bunch of crossfitters that train early, and some MMA guys, there is a women’s group in the evening etc etc. Sorry about the sales pitch, I can’t help it. I love that gym.
Matt, I normally start working out at 5 am, let me work on the little wife. M-W-F I do 5/3/1, Tues and Sat I am doing the circuit training (dreaded Cross Fit) with her. I took my power rack up to the gym, my wife actually works with the Dr. who owns the gym.
Does the Chiro know Dr. Shaun Holt? Ortho that does shoulders and elbows in Clear Lake?

I bought a car cover from Autozone for like $20 and had it on there all year, but its all torn now. It was fun to flip, but it is just sitting there now not being used.
