Okay…ended up here…with really bad not healthy habits and i eat around 1300 c a day and still obssesed if im fat or not…alot happ4nd in my life that destrioed it …and now im in diffrent city where doing weed is tottaly fine and cheap…so i smoke weed and 30 ciggrates a day…havr alot of cFfine…and here is my current porgress

Looks like you took a bit of a step back dude. But i think you know that, and i think you also know how to get back on track, if thats what you want to do. You have a proven track record in that regard.

@T3hPwnisher finally getting back on track and for first time my goal is actually gain lean mass not cut …been cutting since day 1 …all thr muscle i got was from lifting all the time :laughing:
