I have just started Madcow’s 5x5 training program. This was my 1st week and all is good except the 3 sets of dips.So should i sub them for a different exercise or just drop them all together??? I was thinking of doing floor presses in there place.

Why don’t you want to do dips? I would throw in CG bench or floor press instead though…
its not that i dont want to do dips,wish i could but the shoulders arent feeling them…
