5x5 FSL or Original 531 + PR Set

Hey Jim and everybody,

i’m 6’2, 220 lbs and suffered a partial ACL tear in my right knee in december. Back in training since 7 weeks approximately, just finished 3 cycles of 531 for beginners (i have a log since i started training after recovery).
I’ve been increasing my DL and SQ TMs by 10 kg (25 lbs) each cycle since weights are so low and doing finde with that.

my squat and deadlift TMs (90 and 110) for the next cycle are still low, OHP (62.5 kg) and BP (107.5) not that low as i didn’t lose that much strength in my upper body in my hiatus.

My question is… do you think it is okay to run original 531 with PR sets for the next two cycles or should i play it safer by running 5s PRO and 5x5 FSL?
