I’m sure this has been posted a gazillion times, but i really need your guys help. I am currently doing the bill starr 5x5 intermediate program and i really want to gain some strength and mass because my lifts are plateaued. I am 5’8 or 5’9 and i weight 163 pounds. I am 20 years old. My current deadlift is 380 pounds, my squat is 305 pounds and my bench is 180 (very shitty i know). I need your guys help with the caloric intake i should have. I want to know how many calories i should be taking in per day, and how much of this should be proteins, fats, carbs. I really want my lifts to improve, because i have been plateaued forever. I have tried to eat more than usual, but i just can’t seem to gain weight/build muscle. Can someone post a nutrition plan i can follow that could help me ?
